how to find the way (my opinion)

When you feel unusually sad or mad or unhappy, try to think and stick to what you really have: yourself, today and communication.

All the others are only in your mind and your mind is the only thing you can totally control in the entire world; just think hard at this...

Is hard to relax your crazy full mind and see only the truth in your face but once you did this, you will start to appreciate, feel and love yourself and today.
And once you started to feel, your own heart will tell you what to do next.
Angels are everywhere. Listen them talk.
Only you mind can help your heart.
