A... interesant...trasaturile si comportamentul celor care stiu sa pastreze iubirea... de pe blogul lui Randi Gunther, profesor doctor in psihologie clinica si consilier in probleme maritale.

1. Cei care pastreaza dragostea stiu ca sunt raspunzatori pentru faptele lor...

Pastratorii iubirii nu ezita si nu se tem sa isi asume raspunderea pentru deciziile lor. Pastratorii iubirii stiu ca fiecare hotarare pe care o iau declanseaza un comportament si isi iau asupra lor responsabilitatea propriilor actiuni. Au tarie de caracter, insa in acelasi timp sunt flexibili. Doresc sa se schimbe in mai bine, isi admit greselile si cauta in permanenta sa isi imbunatateasca relatia.

2. Cei care pastreaza dragostea isi mentin ritmul personal chiar si in conditii de stres...

Pastratorii iubirii isi cunosc propriul ritm si il respecta si pe cel al celor din jurul lor. Ei inteleg ca exista diferente in ritmul de functionare personal dintre doi oameni. Sunt de aceea rezonabili in flexibilitatea lor si au disponibilitatea de a-si reduce sau urgenta propriul ritm pentru a ajunge la acelasi nivel cu partenerul.
3. Cei care pastreaza dragostea nu sunt niste spectatori obisnuiti. Ei gasesc o modalitate de a ramane interesati sau de a se retrage intr-un mod gratios...

Pastratorii iubirii stiu ca unul dintre cei mai periculosi dusmani ai relatiei lor este plictiseala. Ei stiu ca plictiseala poate distruge tot ce a fost frumos si interesant intr-o relatie. Stiu totodata ca plictiseala este imprevizibila si uneori inevitabila. De aceea, isi dau interesul pentru a face dintr-o situatie neinteresanta una interesanta si semnificativa. Cum? Nu solicitandu-ti tie resursele, ci facand apel la propriile resurse.
4. Cei care pastreaza dragostea vad umorul ca pe o parte sacra a relatiei...

Rasul vindeca. Insanatoseste. Te scapa de cele mai negre ganduri, de cele mai adanci frici si dureri si te lecuieste de singuratate. Pastratorii iubirii stiu cat de important este sa gasesti umorul in viata si sa mergi cu fruntea sus mai departe, depasind dezamagirile si tristetile. Pastratorii iubirii te fac sa razi cand este cazul. Iti arata partea plina si luminoasa a paharului. Pastratorii iubirii lumineaza situatiile care au nevoie sa fie luminate, insa nu si pe cele grave, care merita solemnitate si tacere. Pastratorii iubirii “pot procesa atat durerea, cat si iubirea", spune Randi Gunther, dar prefera sa vada fata insorita a vietii.

5. Cei care pastreaza dragostea stiu cum sa ramana echilibrati...

Pastratorii iubirii au stapanire de sine si reusesc sa nu isi piarda controlul chiar daca sunt provocati. Pastratorii iubirii cad si ei uneori, insa au tarie interioara. Ea ii sprijina la fiecare clatinare a lor. Pastratorii iubirii accepta cu gratie complimentele si accepta cu gratie si criticile. Cand partenerii lor sunt instabili, pastratorii iubirii nu reactioneaza la randul lor prin exagerare sau instabilitate. EI raman lucizi chiar si in conditii de stres si provocare.
6. Cei care pastreaza dragostea nu lasa vina sa le influenteze deciziile...

Pastratorii iubirii stiu ca vina este o arma mortala intr-o relatie de iubire, insa nu fac apel la ea. Nu vor sa manipuleze folosindu-se de tactici de invinovatire ale partenerului. Pastratorii iubirii isi asuma greselile. Ei incearca sa le repare in loc sa exagereze autoinvinovatindu-se. Pentru ca nu invinovatesc, pastratorii iubirii nu accepta sa fie controlati prin sentimentul vinei. “Le pasa daca ii fac pe ceilalti fericiti, insa nu actioneaza din cauza fricii de a-si pierde partenerul”, spune Gunther.

7. Cei care pastreaza dragostea stocheaza “momentele bune” ale relatiei...

Pastratorii iubirii stiu ca nu pot face fata vremurilor dificile intr-o relatie decat retragandu-se in vremurile grozave ale acelei relatii. Este metoda lor de a supravietui. In timpuri usoare si frumoase, pastratorii iubirii isi fac stocul de “amintiri bune” din relatia lor. Depun aici momentele deosebite care au avut loc pe parcusul relatiei lor si le updateaza periodic. In situatii dificile ale relatiei lor, in momentele tragice ale vietii se intorc la aceste amintiri superbe pentru a supravietui. Pastratorii iubirii “nu sunt lipsiti de respect fata de durere sau tragedie, insa balanseaza momentele dificile cu amintiri vesele”, spune psihologul.
8. Cei care pastreaza dragostea sunt autentici...

Pastratorii iubirii sunt sinceri si sunt perceputi de ceilalti ca fiind sinceri. Pastratorii iubirii isi doresc ca partenerul lor sa ii aprecieze pentru aceasta calitate, apreciind-o la randul lor in ceilalti. Pastratorii iubirii nu joaca niciodata la dublu, ci actioneaza intotdeauna cu cartile pe masa. Nu mint si nici nu se rusineaza de ceea ce sunt, afisand transparenta in tot ceea ce gandesc, fac si spun. Nu cad de acord cu o persoana daca nu sunt de acord cu persoana respectiva. Tin la adevar, insa nu arata cu degetul greselilor celorlalti.

9. Cei care pastreaza dragostea inteleg si isi accepta valoarea pe piata...

Pastratorii iubirii sunt realisti fata de ceilalti in ceea ce priveste propria valoare. Valorile lor sunt bine definite. Le cunosc foarte bine si nu incearca sa fie ceea ce nu sunt pentru a impresiona sau a castiga gratia si acceptarea cuiva. Inainte de a-i respecta pe ceilalti, isi doresc sa se respecte pe sine. Daca participa la competitii, stiu sa invinga si stiu si sa piarda. In acest caz, “nu se vaita si nici nu se simt respinsi. Sunt mai degraba interesati de ceea ce ar fi putut sa faca mai bine.”, subliniaza Randi Gunther pe blogul sau.

10. Cei care pastreaza dragostea cauta valoarea si in ceilalti oameni...

Pastratorii iubirii vor sa fie inconjurati de oameni cu trasaturi pozitive adevarate, iar atunci cand le gasesc in ceilalti, le impartasesc acest lucru. Pastratorii iubirii stiu ca, in afara de iubirea si legaturile care se stabilesc intre oameni, nimic nu este sigur. Cauta de aceea sa isi imbunateasca relatiile in mod continuu si nu ezita sa faca aprecieri daca persoanele in cauza le merita. Un pastrator al iubirii isi va aminti un lucru important pe care i l-ai spus, afirma Randi Gunther… Devine important si pentru el si atunci cand va avea sansa va lucra in acest sens.
11. Cei care pastreaza dragostea evita pierderile inutile de energie...

Pastratorii iubirii stiu ca epuizarile de energie pot avea loc oricand si ca in viata sunt situatii care te “seaca” efectiv de forte. Teama, dezamagirea, negativismul, atasamentul gresit, panica, jignirile… toate acestea trebuie evitate deoarece ne consuma resursele interne, atat de pretioase de altfel. Pastratorii iubirii incearca pe cat posibil sa le evite, incercand in schimb sa solutioneze problemele care genereaza astfel de sentimente. Pastratorii iubiiri “ii inspira pe oameni sa se concentreze asupra posibilului. Ei nu te dispretuiesc daca te ineci in dezamagire disfunctionala. Te vor ajuta in schimb sa lasi deoparte epuizarile de resurse si sa te concentrezi asupra a ceea ce iti place la tine.”, este de parere psihologul.

12. Cei care pastreaza dragostea stiu cum sa se calmeze...

“Ca oricine altcineva, pastratorii iubirii se supara, pot fi raniti, se pot simti frustrati, insa atunci cand vremurile dificile vin, prima lor reactie este aceea de a se autocalma si de a se relaxa. Stiu ca daca se agita, vor comite greseli”, se arata pe blogul psihologului. Atunci cand situatiile cer sa fie calmi, pastratorii iubirii apeleaza la resursele lor interioare, recurgand totodata la ceea ce conteaza cu adevarat pentru ei. Pusi fata in fata cu provocari, se poate intampla ca si pastratorii iubirii sa isi piarda la randul lor calmul. Reusesc insa in scurt timp sa isi recapete controlul si sa indrepte situatia.

13. Cei care pastreaza dragostea cauta transformarea continua...

Nu este deloc usor sa indragesti schimbarea. Rutina poate fi atat de confortabila.. Nu putini sunt cei care prefera siguranta si predictibilitatea. Pastratorii iubirii stiu insa ca trebuie sa fie deschisi in fata schimbarii si a transformarii si incearca sa le imbine cu predictibilitatea. Pastratorii iubirii stiu ca trebuie sa invete din trecut si sa isi construiasca planuri de viitor. Invata din greseli si merg mai departe, cautand sa se imbunatateasca si sa-si imbunatateasca si relatiile cu ceilalti.
14. Cei care pastreaza dragostea au grija de ei insisi...

Pastratorii iubirii stiu ca nu trebuie sa-si impovareze partenerul cu o sarcina in plus, aceea de a le purta de grija. Nu pun asupra partenerului aceasta presiune. (…) Sunt acei parteneri carora nu trebuie sa le amintesti niciodata ca aiba grija de ei.” Nu sunt atat de egoisti incat sa iti ceara tie acest lucru sau sa il astepte de la tine.
15. Cei care pastreaza dragostea pretuiesc momentul prezent...

Pastratorii iubirii stiu ca este bine sa inveti din trecut si sa iti proiectezi in viitor, dar ca si mai bine este sa traiesti in prezent. Pastratorii iubirii lasa in urma ceea ce trebuie lasat si invata sa pretuiasca si sa se bucure cat mai mult de momentele prezente. Atunci cand sunt cu partenerul lor, incearca sa fie prezenti acolo langa el, pentru el, cu el. Cu totul.

Popoarele şi societăţile nu se conduc după raţiune şi analize economice şi sociale. Ele se conduc după mituri. Miturile sunt poveşti eterne, simple şi radicale, care introduc o ordine factice într-o realitate confuză, prea complexă pentru a putea fi înţeleasă şi suportată ca atare.

Miturile capătă trup prin anumite personalităţi, în anumite momente cheie; atunci Istoria devine semnificativă şi se pune în mişcare. Cât despre oamenii politici sau alţi oameni publici, aceştia pot fi purtaţi pe val de mituri sau pot fi nimiciţi de ele, uneori, iar atunci au o anumită măreţie, ei le încarnează involuntar.

Doctorul Raed Arafat a încarnat un vechi mit: cel al „Străinului mântuitor“. E un mit prezent, de pildă, în Gnoze sub numele de „Allogenes“ (Străinul). Mitul vorbeşte despre personaje pure, de origine celestă, coborâte în lumea noastră materială şi mizerabilă pe care vor să o salveze. „Străinul“, în cazul nostru, e un medic reputat, deci, profesional, direct asociat cu viaţa şi moartea. Apoi, (ca palestinian împământenit) el nu e de „aici“, aşadar nu aparţine tărâmului corupt de la noi. Simplu spus, nu e implicat în politică, nu ţine cu vreun partid, nici nu a fost amestecat în politica partidelor, căci e un „tehnocrat“.

„Străinul“ a creat ajutoare şi mesageri cu însemne mitice care se deplasează cu rapiditate pe pământ şi în aer (elicopterele SMURD) şi care înving moartea: e vorba, desigur, despre reţeaua care scoate oamenii din maşini arse şi din case prăbuşite. Mai există o importantă trăsătură mitică la Arafat: el e întruparea doctorului „anarghir“ – adică a medicului care vindecă gratuit. Acest mit are legătură cu concepţia arhaică (şi complet noneconomică, dar ce-i pasă mitului!) asupra vieţii ca dar gratuit de la Dumnezeu, viaţă ce nu poate şi nu trebuie preţuită în bani. Iată de ce ideea că ambulanţa (sau SMURD-ul „Străinului“) ar putea veni „pe bani“ şochează etajul nocturn al psihicului ca fiind o concepţie păcătoasă. De aceea, rumoarea (speculată de moguliziuni) că reforma sănătăţii nu înseamnă decât „profit“ a îngrozit: „se pune preţ pe viaţă“, s-a scandalizat lumea! Bineînţeles că asta nu-i împiedică deloc pe români să depună conştiincios plicuri cu „profit“ în buzunarele doctorilor sau ale asistentelor. În materie de mitologii, suntem mereu în disonanţă cognitivă, după cum au constatat de multă vreme antropologii culturali. Grecii antici, de pildă, ştiau că preoţii de la Delphi manipulau politic profeţiile Pythiei, şi totuşi asta nu-i oprea, pe de altă parte, să-i urmeze cu veneraţie sfaturile...

Or, iată că într-o seară, la televizor, „Străinul“ a fost declarat inamicul public principal de preşedintele Băsescu, prin faptul că s-ar opune reformei în sănătate. Probabil că, în mare parte, e adevărat. Arafat cel real fie nu înţelegea sensul reformelor, fie le combătea din motive ideologice, fie, din cauza ataşamentului pasional faţă de serviciul pe care îl înfiinţase cândva, refuza orice posibilă schimbare. Procedând cum a procedat – de unul singur, agresiv, patetic, injust aparent –, Băsescu a intrat strâmb direct în mit: a asumat rolul conducătorului malign, reprezentant al „prinţului acestei lumi“ (Diavolul), căci acesta este personajul mitic care, de regulă, îl înfruntă şi îl ucide uneori (vezi demisia) pe „Străin“. (Nu întâmplător, la manifestaţii, Băsescu e adesea desemnat, în mod injurios, drept „Chiorul“. În mitologia populară, defectul fizic din naştere este adesea interpretat drept un stigmat moral şi ontologic.) „Fiul Diavolului“ contra „Străinului binefăcător“! – iată primul act al piesei mitice.

Dar ne putem întreba (şi mulţi s-au întrebat deja): de ce atacarea publică a lui Arafat, de ce chiar demisia acestuia de la Ministerul Sănătăţii au avut, în imediat, urmări relativ modeste?...

E foarte interesant cat de repede 'ti se dau' lucrurile, faptele, informatiile de care intr-adevar ai nevoie ca sa mergi mai departe corect.

Le ceri si le ai.

Daca insisti si fortezi, ti se dau si cele de care nu ai avea neaparata nevoie...dar tot ca sa inveti si sa cresti corect.

Cum se vede cu ochiul liber... dar atent, scopul este intotdeauna acelasi, deci mergi si cere cu incredere :)

'Dorul e conditio dente (conditia de a fi).

De ce? Pentru ca alinarea dorului te baga in rost.

Sufletul doar asta cauta de cand lumea, doar de asta are nevoie.

De asezare in intimitatea unei iubiri autentice, discrete si esentiale care e rost, apoi devine rostuiala si despre care nu se vorbeste.

Iubirea poti s-o ai deja sau poti s-o astepti inca de unul singur, liber, decent, necompromis si necompromitator.

Acasa ta trebuie sa fie curata, rostul sa fie autentic ca sa-ti dea puterea cu care iesi in lume.

Daca n-ai iubire, n-ai dor, n-ai rost, n-ai acasa, n-ai miez, n-ai identitate, nu existi.

Dorul e forta centripeta. Te aduna in tine, in Dumnezeul comun, in asezarea fireasca a inimii. Cand iti doresti real un rost, te limpezesti. Vorbesti clar, ceri clar, esti lamurit si lamuresti. Nu mai cauti si nu mai baigui nedumerit, ezitant, dand impresia ca esti intelegator si ingaduitor, nu te mai joci.

Si iti gasesti un rost.

Ti se da.

Asta e tot ce-si doreste sufletul.

Sa se aseze curat intr-o iubire autentica.

Daca nu crezi macar in rostul asta curat si iesi asa neterminat in lume, sufletul lumii te va simti fals. Lumea are har si va sti ca nu traiesti ce predici si nu te va crede, nu te va primi.

Nu-ti e de-ajuns doar un discurs rational articulat. Consistenta se vede, calitatea se simte. Construirea ta nu va avea fundatie. Va fi butaforie. Nu vei pacali nici un suflet cinstit.

Daca te arunci in lume cu un rost falsificat si compromis de interese, fara fundatia care te tine, fara forta centripeta, esti pierdut.

Pentru ca valtoarea lumii e imensa, tentatiile sunt nenumarate, puterile sunt masluite, mastile sunt pretutindenea, interesele te seaca, toti vor ceva de la tine, iar tu trebuie sa alergi, sa rezolvi, sa faci, sa aduni, sa consumi, sa dai socoteala, sa te arati implinit, sa bei, sa zambesti, sa produci, sa te consumi in actiune, in verbe, in atribute.

Si asta nu pentru ca ai griji, cum e dat, ci pentru ca devii ingrijorat, adica paralizat de frica neimplinirii, a nedesavarsirii tale. Orb. Intors inafara ta, pe dos.

E si-o vorba: monahul se mai odihneste, jigodia nicioadata. Ca are de pazit averi. Trebuie sa fie alert.

Lumea are forta centrifuga. Te intoarce de la tine si rostul tau si te arunca in hula, in larg.

Si cauti fara sa vezi nimic intr-o alergare continua, pe centrifuga, manat de forta care te duce departe de tine, de perechea ta, de oamenii de-aproape, la pierzanie.

Toti sunetm pe cerc, pe centrifuga. In mijlocul ei e rostul tau, iar la margine e lumea, care e schimbatoare. Cu cat de arunci mai in larg, mai catre margine, cu atat gasesti mai multi oameni si mai diferiti, cu atat creste distanta intre tine si tu si intre tine si oameni aia, care poate au alte interese...

Alergarea te duce-n afara. Te duce sa-ti uiti rostul. Te fura din rost si te arunca in aporie.

La un moment dat, poti sa incepi sa crezi ca rostul tau e acolo, in afara, in lumea larga. Sa bucuri sau sa rezolvi lumea. Sau sa aduni ca sa lasi lor. Lucruri sau ideologii. De care se alege praful oricum, pentru ca astea n-au mama daca n-au suflet.

Si acolo, in lume te trezesti si singur si ca nu poti ajuta lumea.

Ca lumea da sa te primeasca, apoi te respinge, te tine la distanta, pare schimbatoare.

Ca parca nu ti se deschide odata drumul.

Si nu intelegi. Tu-i vrei binele, zici.

Treaba asta te adanceste in nedumerire.

Devii frustrat.

Dar lumea nu te primeste pentru ca tu de fapt nu esti autentic, pentru ca rostul tau nu e lamurit, necompromis de interese, solid asezat curat in iubire, in tine, in acasa ta.

Pentru ca ai uitat de tine si de acasa ta.

Faci totul pe fuga. Mananci, faci sex, de fatai de colo colo cu treaba, n-ai timp de-ajuns.

Uiti ca numai de tine depinda sa cladesti acasa ta mai intai, ca numai tu permiti zidirea asta si ca

n-ai cum sa faci asta in fuga :)'

Cand o relatie te ajuta sa iti vezi chipul real, atunci este o relatie spirituala, careia iubirea ii imprima puritatea, frumusetea si sfintenia ei.

Sensul unei relatii este, de asemenea, sa iti ajuti partenerul sa se cunoasca, sa isi dea jos „mastile”, sa fie real, sa ai o relatie de impartasire, in care libertatea si independenta sunt reciproc respectate.

Sometimes one creates a dynamic impression by saying something,
and sometimes one creates as significant an impression by remaining silent.

Through violence, you may 'solve' one problem, but you sow the seeds for another.

One has to try to develop one's inner feelings, which can be done simply by training one's mind.
This is a priceless human asset and one you don't have to pay income tax on!

First one must change.
I first watch myself, check myself, then expect changes from others.

Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries.
Without them, humanity cannot survive.

I myself feel, and also tell other Buddhists that the question of Nirvana will come later.
There is not much hurry.
If in day to day life you lead a good life, honesty, with love,
with compassion, with less selfishness,
then automatically it will lead to Nirvana.

The universe that we inhabit and our shared perception of it are the results of a common karma. Likewise, the places that we will experience in future rebirths will be the outcome of the karma that we share with the other beings living there. The actions of each of us, human or nonhuman, have contributed to the world in which we live. We all have a common responsibility for our world and are connected with everything in it.

If the love within your mind is lost and you see other beings as enemies, then no matter how much knowledge or education or material comfort you have, only suffering and confusion will ensue.

It is under the greatest adversity that there exists the greatest potential for doing good, both for oneself and others.

When ever Buddhism has taken root in a new land, there has been a certain variation in the style in which it is observed. The Buddha himself taught differently according to the place, the occasion and the situation of those who were listening to him.

Samsara-our conditioned existence in the perpetual cycle of habitual tendencies and nirvana - genuine freedom from such an existence- are nothing but different manifestations of a basic continuum. So this continuity of consciousness us always present. This is the meaning of tantra.

According to Buddhist practice, there are three stages or steps. The initial stage is to reduce attachment towards life.
The second stage is the elimination of desire and attachment to this samsara. Then in the third stage, self-cherishing is eliminated

In Buddhism, both learning and practice are extremely important, and they must go hand in hand. Without knowledge, just to rely on faith, faith, and more faith is good but not sufficient. So the intellectual part must definitely be present. At the same time, strictly intellectual development without faith and practice, is also of no use. It is necessary to combine knowledge born from study with sincere practice in our daily lives. These two must go together.

The creatures that inhabit this earth-be they human beings or animals-are here to contribute, each in its own particular way, to the beauty and prosperity of the world.

To develop genuine devotion, you must know the meaning of teachings. The main emphasis in Buddhism is to transform the mind, and this transformation depends upon meditation. in order to meditate correctly, you must have knowledge.

Anything that contradicts experience and logic should be abandoned.

The ultimate authority must always rest with the individual's own reason and critical analysis.

From one point of view we can say that we have human bodies and are practicing the Buddha's teachings and are thus much better than insects. But we can also say that insects are innocent and free from guile, where as we often lie and misrepresent ourselves in devious ways in order to achieve our ends or better ourselves. From this perspective, we are much worse than insects.

When the days become longer and there is more sunshine, the grass becomes fresh and, consequently, we feel very happy. On the other hand, in autumn, one leaf falls down and another leaf falls down. The beautiful plants become as if dead and we do not feel very happy. Why? I think it is because deep down our human nature likes construction, and does not like destruction. Naturally, every action which is destructive is against human nature. Constructiveness is the human way. Therefore, I think that in terms of basic human feeling, violence is not good. Non-violence is the only way.

We humans have existed in our present form for about a hundred thousand years. I believe that if during this time the human mind had been primarily controlled by anger and hatred, our overall population would have decreased. But today, despite all our wars, we find that the human population is greater than ever. This clearly indicates to me that love and compassion predominate in the world. And this is why unpleasant events are "news"; compassionate activities are so much a part of daily life that they are taken for granted and , therefore, largely ignored.

The fundamental philosophical principle of Buddhism is that all our suffering comes about as a result of an undisciplined mind, and this untamed mind itself comes about because of ignorance and negative emotions. For the Buddhist practitioner then, regardless of whether he or she follows the approach of the Fundamental Vehicle, Mahayana or Vajrayana, negative emotions are always the true enemy, a factor that has to be overcome and eliminated. And it is only by applying methods for training the mind that these negative emotions can be dispelled and eliminated. Acum douăzeci şi ceva de ani, în compartimentul acceleratului cu care mă întorceam de la Costineşti a urcat un domn cu barbă, cărând un contrabas. N-aveam decât cinci ani şi nu prea înţelegeam ce e cu nenea ăsta, de tot veneau oameni să le scrie cu o cariocă neagră pe tricouri, pe bucăţele de ziar, ba chiar şi pe braţe. După o vreme, a scos din geamantan o cutie cu compot de ananas. A deschis-o cu un briceag şi mi-a întins-o: ia d’aicea, gagico! S-a întors apoi spre ai mei. Vorbea tare. Îşi amintise de puştiul ăla, pe care-l văzuse el într-o zi pe stradă, la Brăila. Voia şi amărâtul un balon, da’ ta-su – un golan, dom’le – n-a vrut să-i ia, zici c-avea vipera-n buzunar. Răcnea cu sughiţuri şi atunci el s-a enervat, cum e posibil aşa ceva, şi i-a luat el trei baloane şi i le-a dat. A făcut ştrengarul o faţă! Să-l fi văzut, gagiul, ce fericit era!

Îmi mai amintesc şi şoaptele mamei, când am coborât din tren, la Bucureşti. „Ai văzut lângă cine ai stat? Era Johnny Răducanu!”

De cunoscut, l-am cunoscut cu adevărat mai târziu, când i-am bătut la uşă să-i iau un interviu...

Love is painful because it creates the way for bliss. Love is painful because it transforms. Love is mutation. Each transformation is going to be painful because the old has to be left for the new. The old is familiar, secure, safe, the new is absolutely unknown. You will be moving in an uncharted ocean. You cannot use your mind with the new’ with the old, the mind is skillful. The mind can function only with the old’ with the new, the mind is utterly useless.

Hence, fear arises, and leaving the old, comfortable, safe world, the world of convenience, pain arises. It is the same pain that the child feels when he comes out of the womb of the mother. It is the same pain that the bird feels when he comes out of the egg. It is the same pain that the bird will feel when he will try for the first time to be on the wing.

The fear of the unknown, and the security of the known, the insecurity of the unknown, the unpredictability of the unknown, makes one very much frightened.

And because the transformation is going to be from the self towards a state of no-self, agony is very deep. But you Cannot have ecstasy without going through agony. If the gold wants to be purified, it has to pass through fire.

Love is fire.

It is because of the pain of love, millions of people live a loveless life. They too suffer, and their suffering is futile. To suffer in love is not to suffer in vain. To suffer in love is creative’ it takes you to higher levels of consciousness. To suffer without love is utterly a waste’ it leads you nowhere, it keeps you moving in the same vicious circle.

The man who is without love is narcissistic, he is closed. He knows only himself. And how much can he know himself if he has not known the other, because only the other can function as a mirror? You will never know yourself without knowing the other. Love is very fundamental for self-knowledge too. The person who has not known the other in deep love, in intense passion, in utter ecstasy, will not be able to know who he is, because he will not have the mirror to see his own reflection.

Relationship is a mirror, and the purer the love is, the higher the love is, the better the mirror, the cleaner the mirror. But the higher love needs that you should be open. The higher love needs you to be vulnerable. You have to drop your armor’ that is painful. You have not to be constantly on guard. You have to drop the calculating mind. You have to risk. You have to live dangerously. The other can hurt you’ that is the fear in being vulnerable. The other can reject you’ that is the fear in being in love.

The reflection that you will find in the other of your own self may be ugly’ that is the anxiety. Avoid the mirror. But by avoiding the mirror you are not going to become beautiful. By avoiding the situation you are not going to grow either. The challenge has to be taken.

One has to go into love. That is the first step towards God, and it cannot be bypassed. Those who try to bypass the step of love will never reach God. That is absolutely necessary because you become aware of your totality only when you are provoked by the presence of the other, when your presence is enhanced by the presence of the other, when you are brought out of your narcissistic, closed world under the open sky.

Love is an open sky. To be in love is to be on the wing. But certainly, the unbounded sky creates fear.

And to drop the ego is very painful because we have been taught to cultivate the ego. We think the ego is our only treasure. We have been protecting it, we have been decorating it, we have been continuously polishing it, and when love knocks on the door, all that is needed to fall in love is to put aside the ego’ certainly it is painful. It is your whole life’s work, it is all that you have created — this ugly ego, this idea that “I am separate from existence. ”

This idea is ugly because it is untrue. This idea is illusory, but our society exists, is based on this idea that each person is a person, not a presence.

The truth is that there is no person at all in the world’ there is only presence. You are not — not as an ego, separate from the whole. You are part of the whole. The whole penetrates you, the whole breathes in you, pulsates in you, the whole is your life.

Love gives you the first experience of being in tune with something that is not your ego. Love gives you the first lesson that you can fall into harmony with someone who has never been part of your ego. If you can be in harmony with a woman, if you can be in harmony with a friend, with a man, if you can be in harmony with your child or with your mother, why can’t you be in harmony with all human beings? And if to be in harmony with a single person gives such joy, what will be the outcome if you are in harmony with all human beings? And if you can be in harmony with all human beings, why can’t you be in harmony with animals and birds and trees? Then one step leads to another.

Love is a ladder. It starts with one person, it ends with the totality. Love is the beginning, God is the end. To be afraid of love, to be afraid of the growing pains of love, is to remain enclosed in a dark cell.

Modern man is living in a dark cell’ it is narcissistic. Narcissism is the greatest obsession of the modern mind.

And then there are problems, problems which are meaningless. There are problems which are creative because they lead you to higher awareness. There are problems which lead you nowhere’ they simply keep you tethered, they simply keep you in your old mess.

Love creates problems. You can avoid those problems by avoiding love. But those are very essential problems! They have to be faced, encountered’ they have to be lived and gone through and gone beyond. And to go beyond, the way is through. Love is the only real thing worth doing. All else is secondary. If it helps love, it is good. All else is just a means, love is the end. So whatsoever the pain, go into love.

If you don’t go into love, as many people have decided, then you are stuck with yourself. Then your life is not a pilgrimage, then your life is not a river going to the ocean’ your life is a stagnant pool, dirty, and soon there will be nothing but dirt and mud. To keep clean, one needs to keep flowing. A river remains clean because it goes on flowing. Flow is the process of remaining continuously virgin.

A lover remains a virgin. All lovers are virgin. The people who don’t love cannot remain virgin’ they become dormant, stagnant’ they start stinking sooner or later — and sooner than later — because they have nowhere to go. Their life is dead.

That’s where modern man finds himself, and because of this, all kinds of neuroses, all kinds of madnesses, have become rampant. Psychological illness has taken epidemic proportions. It is no more that a few individuals are psychologically ill’ the reality is the whole earth has become a madhouse. The whole of humanity is suffering from a kind of neurosis.

And that neurosis is coming from your narcissistic stagnancy. Everyone is stuck with one’s own illusion of having a separate self’ then people go mad. And this madness is meaningless, unproductive, uncreative. Or people start committing suicide. Those suicides are also unproductive, uncreative.

You may not commit suicide by taking poison or jumping from a cliff or by shooting yourself, but you can commit a suicide which is a very slow process, and that’s what happens. Very few people commit suicide suddenly. Others have decided for a slow suicide’ gradually, slowly, slowly they die. But almost, the tendency to be suicidal has become universal.

This is no way to live, and the reason, the fundamental reason, is we have forgotten the language of love. We are no more courageous enough to go into that adventure called love.

Hence people are interested in sex, because sex is not risky. It is momentary, you don’t get involved. Love is involvement’ it is commitment. It is not momentary. Once it takes roots, it can be forever. It can be a lifelong involvement. Love needs intimacy, and only when you are intimate does the other become a mirror. When you meet sexually with a woman or a man, you have not met at all’ in fact, you avoided the soul of the other person. You just used the body and escaped, and the other used your body and escaped. You never became intimate enough to reveal each other’s original faces.

It is painful, but don’t avoid it. If you avoid it you have avoided the greatest opportunity to grow. Go into it, suffer love, because through the suffering comes great ecstasy. Yes, there is agony, but out of the agony, ecstasy is born. Yes, you will have to die as an ego, but if you can die as an ego, you will be born as God, as a Buddha. And love will give you the first tongue-tip-taste of Tao, of Sufism, of Zen. Love will give you the first proof that God is, that life is not meaningless.

The people who say life is meaningless are the people who have not known love. All that they are saying is that their life has missed love.

Let there be pain, let there be suffering. Go through the dark night, and you will reach to a beautiful sunrise. It is only in the womb of the dark night that the sun evolves. It is only through the dark night that the morning comes.

My whole approach here is that of love. I teach only love and only love and nothing else. You can forget about God’ that is just an empty word. You can forget about prayers because they are only rituals imposed by others on you. Love is the natural prayer, not imposed by anybody. You are born with it. Love is the true God — not the God of theologians, but the God of Buddha, Jesus, Mohammed, the God of the Sufis. Love is a tariqa, a method, to kill you as a separate individual and to help you become the infinite. Disappear as a dewdrop and become the ocean, but you will have to pass through the door of love.

And certainly when one starts disappearing like a dewdrop, and one has lived long as a dewdrop, it hurts, because one has been thinking, “I am this, and now this is going. I am dying. ” You are not dying, but only an illusion is dying. You have become identified with the illusion, true, but the illusion is still an illusion. And only when the illusion is gone will you be able to see who you are. And that revelation brings you to the ultimate peak of joy, bliss, celebration.

* Dacă cheltuim acești bani în hypermarket-uri, vor ajunge în China.
* Dacă cumpărăm benzină, vor ajunge la arabi.
* Dacă cumpărăm calculatoare, vor ajunge în India și Hong Kong.
* Dacă cumpărăm fructe și legume, vor ajunge în Spania, Italia, Turcia, Egipt sau Iran.
* Dacă cumpărăm autoturisme mici și economice, vor ajunge în Germania sau Japonia.

…și nu vor ajuta cu NIMIC economia românească.

YES, the question is significant because people can get confused about these three.

Patience is very alert, patience is very active, patience is very expectant. If you are waiting for somebody -- a friend is to call -- you may be sitting just by the door, but you are very attentive, alert. Any noise on the road, any car passing by, and immediately you start looking: maybe the friend has come? The wind on your doors, and suddenly you are alert: maybe he has knocked.... Dead leaves in the garden moving hither and thither, and you come out of your home; maybe he has come....

Patience is as active as that. It is a waiting. It is not dull, it is very radiant. It is not unconscious; it is not like a stupor. It is like a flame burning bright. One waits. One can wait infinitely, but one waits, expectant, active, alert, watchful.

Just the opposite is sheer stupidity. You can just be dull, idiotic, stupid, in a stupor, and you can think that you are waiting, you are patient. And you can enjoy that others who are working hard to reach somewhere are impatient people; you are very patient.
But remember, patience needs work.

Patience is not inactivity. A patient person works patiently.

Postponement is very cunning.

Patience is alert, stupidity is inactive, unconscious. Patience is conscious, postponement is subconscious. Postponement has a double-bind in it: you want to do something and yet you are not ready to do anything for it.
When somebody insults you, you don't say that "Tomorrow I will be angry"; but for love you always go on postponing.
You don't want to recognize the fact that you don't have any passion ...so you postpone in this way...you are not courageous enough to recognize the fact.

The mind is very cunning. Everybody's mind is the mind of the Jew.'Jew' is not a race; it is the innermost core of all minds. The mind is very worldly, very Jewish. It knows no other business than business.
The mind is always thinking in terms of business. Even when it is love, it is business.
Even when it is God, it is business.
And once you have become too accustomed to the business world, you start playing games with yourself.

Be alert.
Postponement is one of the most dangerous games that a man can play with himself. If you want, do it. If you don't want, be honest; who is forcing you? Just be honest. Don't do it, but know well that you are not going to do it because you don't want to do it. Why be deceptive!

Am citit astazi cateva randuri care mi-au atras atentia prin adevar. Adevar nu se scrie cu caps pentru ca adevarul este vizibil anyway. Lumea poarta masti si joaca roluri, ca sa ascunda adevarul. Adevarul se ascunde in spatele fricii. Mastile sunt agresive sau cool sau fardate, ele vor sa apere interese personale, asocieri cu asa zisele 'valori', politici, puteri. Mastile te asociaza cu puterile altuia plin de tupeu elocvent, te urca pe scara sociala, te arata lumii asa cum ar trebui sa apari ca sa fii in randul lumii. Baloane de sapun. Ieftin. Puff...

Randurile vorbeau despre retragerea inlauntru, unde te gasesti pe tine care erai entuziast pornit, vorbaret, fascinant, plin de bucurie, odata. Vorbeau despre cum iti dai seama ca ti-e dor de tine, acum cand te simti obosit.
Retragerea in tine e dificila, e un fel de purgatoriu. Care dureaza. In tine e greu sa te gasesti. Pentru ca in tine e greu sa te disociezi de 'vocea' din capul tau care iti spune ce ai fost invatat, de vocea-dusman care esti tu insuti pentru tine insuti, din frica, frica de a nu fi acceptat, elementara. Vocea care pare a face parte din tine, vocea care pari sa fii tu, dar nu esti tu, este vocea aliniatilor alienati de-atata manipulare, de reguli. Vocea de care daca treci te gasesti. Gandul tau obsedat de imagine.
Valoarea ta nu poate fi daunata de ce ti se spune, de efortul tau de a-ti gasi loc si de a fi acceptat. Adevarul tau nu trebuie ascuns, pacalit. WTF
Intotdeauna am admirat oamenii care stiu ce vor.
Acum mi-e oarecum mila de oamenii care cred ca stiu ce vor, dar poarta masca si sunt nefericiti pentru ca se ascund in spatele fricii. Si mor fara macar sa simta ca mor.
Bucuria sta in a face ce simti ca-ti face bine. In a te iubi prin asta. In a spune ce simti deci ce crezi stiind ca locul tau este undeva si-l vei gasi daca esti true to yourself. E un puzzle care se construieste if you connect the dots behind si daca esti treaz.

Bucuria inseamna simplitate, nu stie de frici. Inseamna iubire, nu stie de frici. Inseamna natura ta, nu stie de frici. Frica este doar in capul tau, dictata de gandul din capul tau care iti vorbeste cu vocea altora. In rest, totul se leaga, oricum.
Daca esti fake si-ai ajuns asa sus, o sa cazi. Pentru ca adevarul tau este o evidenta in calculatia naturii si pe ea n-o poti pacali. O sa vezi...O sa simti asta...
Si vei ramane cu cei ca tine.
Uite d-aia imbatranesc greu, inteleapta asa cum par :) Plang dar nu imbatranesc. Pentru ca rad in mine...I see...
Am putea sa iesim din criza de identitate, daca ne-am baza pe valoare...

O maimuta care statea intr-un copac a vazut tot acest joc. Se gandi, ca aceasta ar fi o ocazie buna de a si-l apropia pe leu, spunandu-i despre aceasta minciuna. Leul i-ar deveni astfel prieten si n-ar mai avea de ce sa se teama de el. Ea a alergat dupa leu. Cainele a vazut-o alergand dupa leu si a realizat ca era ceva in neregula.

Maimuta i-a spus leului intregul adevar... despre cum a fost prostit.
Leul urla tare. I-a spus maimutei sa stea in spatele sau si s-a indreptat repede spre caine.

Cainele, in schimb, fu foarte istet. Se aseza din nou cu spatele spre leu si incepu sa vorbeasca tare:
„ Iar i-a luat mult timp maimutei asteia. A trecut mai mult de o ora si nu a putut sa pacaleasca un alt leu...”

Se spune ca sufletele pereche au trait candva o iubire atat de puternica intr-una din vietile anterioare, incat se intalnesc si in actuala viata , iar iubirea lor este la fel de profunda si intensa si reprezinta o continuare a dragostei de atunci.

Sufletele pereche se intalnesc intr-un moment critic al existentei lor, in care s-au blocat si nu mai pot evolua spiritual, iar regasirea si iubirea dintre ei are drept scop sa-i ajute sa se deblocheze si sa-si continue evolutia spirituala.

Intalnirea cu sufletul pereche are un rol important in destin: ne schimba viata, viziunea asupra vietii, modul de a ne intelege propriul destin sau are rol mai concret: ne ajuta sa depasim o mare proba, vine sa ne arate calea cea dreapta, sa ne atraga atentia asupra unui pericol. Exista un sentiment aparte care va indica faptul ca ati intalnit o astfel de persoana.

Nu e doar atractie fizica, sexuala, ci e vorba de o emotie profunda, care trece dincolo de senzatiile trupesti sau psihice. E posibil sa nu-l intalnim din prima, e posibil sa nu-l intalnim niciodata sau e posibil sa fie chiar langa noi...

Exista un sentiment aparte care îti poate indica faptul ca fata de acest om ai o altfel de atractie decât pentru alte persoane.

Mitologia greaca ne învata ca la început oamenii aveau patru brate, patru picioare si un singur cap cu doua fete. Si pentru ca Zeus se temea de puterea lor, i-a despartit în jumatati, condamnandu-i sa-si petreaca întreaga viata cautându-si jumatatea care sa-i completeze.

Pentru adeptii miscarii spirituale New Age, "sufletul pereche" este o notiune foarte importanta. Acestia sunt convinsi ca sufletele sunt predestinate pentru a fi pereche sau pentru a indeplini un rol important in viata celuilalt.

Conform anumitor teorii teozofice, Dumnezeu a creat suflete androgine, in mod egal masculine si feminine. Sufletele s-au separat, in timp, fie din cauza distantei aparute intre ele si creator fie din cea a unei Karma negative. Astfel, in timpul reincarnarilor succesive, fiecare suflet il cauta pe celalalt.

Lumea pare a fi dominata de hazard când, în realitate, este expresia unei armonii incredibile, o potrivire la microsecunda sau nanometru a tot ceea ce se misca, fie acestea
particule sau unde de energie.

DUMNEZEU ne dirijeaza întotdeauna spre acele medii si persoane sau creeaza exact acele circumstante în care putem experimenta ceea ce înca nu acceptam în noi însine, dar a sosit timpul sa o facem.
Este ca si cum inteligenta cosmica ar fi tot timpul cu ochii pe noi, punandu-ne constant în fata sarcinilor noastre de dezvoltare.

Si de ce atâta neodihna si chin?
Pentru ca doreste sa ne împinga spre totalitate, adica spre acel nivel de integrare launtrica pe care psihologia analitica mai întâi si
terapia experientiala a unificarii, mai apoi, l-au numit Sinele.

Daca esti un tip care încearca tot timpul sa fie calm. refuzându-ti astfel furia, vei atrage oameni furiosi în viata la.
Acesti oameni vor oglindi ceea ce tu contii în inconstient, dar te caznesti sa reprimi.
Ei sunt exact ca niste oglinzi, dar nu ale Eului tau constient, ci ale psihicului tau inconstient.
Cu cât apararile tale sunt mai puternice, cu atât vor fi create situatii de viata în care tu sa fii mai apropiat de asemenea oameni.

Daca esti cineva care nu accepta eroarea sau imperfectiunea, vei atrage spre tine persoane sau întâmplari care te vor scoate din minti, deoarece numitorul lor comun va fi greseala, uneori chiar greseala flagranta.
Este felul în care Universul te obliga sa traiesti experienta acestui aspect neasumat din tine însuti, anume propria ta tendinta de a confunda ceva, de a te încurca, a fi inexact sau a o da în bara.
Legea oglindirii este, tehnic vorbind, o lege a rezonantei, deoarece creeaza situatii si pune în legatura persoane între care exista afinitati.

Altfel spus, persoanele care vibreaza pe aceeasi lungime de unda, indiferent daca sunt constiente sau nu, se atrag una pe cealalta. Uneori atractia inconstienta este repolarizata în constient ca
respingere, dar asta nu trebuie sa ne induca în eroare. Respingerea nu exista fara atractie!

Tot ce se întâmpla e tesut în laboratoarele inconstientului si are un sens pe care îl numesc spiritual: sa ne cunoastem, sa ne asumam pe deplin si sa ne manifestam creator potentialul.

Nu cred ca exista vreun suflet care sa nu tânjeasca dupâ aceasta împlinire, singura diferenta fiind ca, în cazul unora, acest dor este înca plapând sau imperceptibil.

Astfel, vulnerabilitatea pe care nu ti-o accepti nu o vei accepta nici în exterior.
Blândetea pe care ti-o reprimi o vei respinge si în afara ta. Nevoile pe care le condamni la tine Ie vei condamna si la altii.

Capacitatea de a-l accepta pe celalalt, pastrându-ti echilibrul interior, este criteriul ultim de recunoastere a gradului tau de integrare.

Daca ramâi neperturbat în fata unei persoane meschine, care câstiga 20 de milioane pe luna, dar se plânge ca nu are suficienti bani pentru a-si ajuta mama pensionara, poti fi sigur ca ai integrat aceasta latura înauntrul tau.

Prin integrare, meschinaria a devenit cumpatare, prudenta financiara, capacitate de a renunta la cheltuieli inutile, abilitate de a economisi.

Daca simti o anumita neliniste în contactul cu respectiva persoana, daca
te irita zgârcenia ei si îti vine sa o judeci, acesta e semnul ca se oglindeste ceva din zgârcenia ta. înca mai ai de lucru! înainte de a o ironiza sau condamna, reflecteaza putin.

Nu este decât un mesager prin care Universul te înstiinteaza de stadiul la care te afli.

Cu alte cuvinte, responsabilitatea pentru nivelul tau de evolutie îti apartine.

A trai constient de acest adevar interior este de natura sa modifice radical atitudinile fata de semenii tai, în sensul de a renunta la a-i judeca pentru ceea ce sunt, din moment ce si tu ai fost asa, esti sau urmeaza sa fii.

A învata sa-i iubesti cu dragoste si întelegere pe cei care te înconjoara este echivalent cu a învata sa ,te iubesti pe tine însuti, deoarece ei nu fac decât sa te reflecte.

Poate îti este imposibil sa admiti o astfel de viziune.
Este mult mai usor sa-l urasti pe cel care te raneste, sa-l detesti pe cel care îi face sa sufere pe cei dragi, sa fii intolerant cu prostituatele, homosexualii sau tiganii.
Dar te-ai întrebat vreodata daca nu cumva tot ceea ce se întâmpla are un sens ultim, anume de a-ti deschide inima spre iubire?

Si cum vei lasa iubirea sa înfloreasca în inima ta daca vei continua sa respingi aspecte din tine însuti, parti ale personalitatii tale pe care ai fost învatat sa le devalorizezi înainte de a le cunoaste?

Tot ceea ce respingi în tine însuti universul va recrea în afara ta, pentru a-ti atrage atentia.
Lumea va continua sa oglindeasca ceea ce refuzi sa accepti si sa transformi la tine însuti, pâna în clipa când vei restabili contactul cu partile negate sau necunoscute ale fiintei tale.

Compasiunea si dragostea pentru parti vulnerabile sau primitive din personalitatea ta, o data devenite stabile, se vor revarsa spontan asupra aspectelor corespondente din ceilalti. Altfel, nu poti ajuta un om sa-si depaseasca greselile aratându-i si subliniindu-i vinovatia.

Nu-l vei stimula sa se schimbe evidentiindu-i "'rautatea" si pedepsind-o cu asprime. Nu-l vei încuraja comparându-l cu cei "buni". Si nu îi vei oferi un model superior actionând împins de resentimente si cruzime. O asemenea actiune nu face decât sa arate pulsiunile pe care fapta lui le-a trezit în tine, pulsiuni pentru care tu esti responsabil, nu el.
Desi pare greu de crezut, dusmanul este prietenul nostru.

El ne oglindeste cele mai adânci frici sau neputinte, stimulându-ne sa ne asumam responsabilitatea pentru ele.

Inamicul înversunat este doar un ecran de proiectie pentru demonii pe care îi contii, dar pe care înca nu ai învatat sa-i iubesti.

Iisus nu e un lunatic atunci când ne spune: "Iubeste-ti dusmanii!"

Dusmanii sunt mai întâi înauntru.
Cei din exterior nu fac decât sa-i reflecte si vor disparea ca prin farmec atunci când razboiul cu demonii interiori înceteaza.
Nu uita ca diavolul este un înger cazut.
De ce anume crezi ca are nevoie pentru a se înalta daca nu de acceptarea si dragostea ta?
Si odata cu demonii transformati în creuzetul întelegerii tale stii cine se mai înalta?
Asa e.

Deunazi, la intrebarea de ce n-ai tinut post, am dat un raspuns credeam eu izbavitor: credinta mea nu tine neaparat de ritual :)

Am fost aproape mandra de cat de inteligent am raspuns :D

Duhovnicul m-a privit fix, incrunat vultureste, albastru si mai mult decat rece. A tacut lung si indoit. A spus apoi sec 'n-am timp acum...vino dupa Sarbatorile Pascale'.

Duhovnicul meu e batran.

Asta m-a nelinistit.

Cum e posibil sa pleci nelinistit din biserica? Nu de-asta m-am dus...am zburdat o vreme, superficiala...

Dar preotul meu batran ma nelinistise spre crestere...

Si m-am trezit acasa trebaluind...prin casa si prin ganduri in acelasi timp, cum se intampla.

Si ratiunile m-au dus in cu totul alt loc, pentru ca de fapt asta faceam: iata, infaptuiam ritualul.

In casa mea mirosea a Pasca, usturoi, salata verde si nuci coapte, luminilie lumanarilor erau aprinse, ma pregateam. In casa mea.

Si asta nu era doar traditie, doar invatare de mica, doar repetare in turma. Nu era nici macar credinta. Era incredere. Si era pentru mine.

Credinta poate fi de imprumut, increderea este doar a ta.

Am realizat trebaluind ca ritualul te ajuta.

Suntem concreti, avem carne si oase. Avem ritualuri fizice zilnic.

Avem si minte si suflet. Avem ritual spiritual.

Totul se intampla in material, mental, spiritual. De unde si vorba 'pune-ti fapta unde ti-e vorba si vorba unde ti-e gandul', ca sa sa traiesti cu liniste si bucurie.

Ritualul il ajuta pe crestin ortodox, il ajuta pe catolic, pe iudeu, pe budhist, ajuta tot omul.

Il invata sa respire, sa aiba curatenie, sa nu bajbaie in intuneric, sa aprinda lumina. Adica il invata spiritual sa respire, sa vada si sa creasca.

Nu e nimic rau in asta.

Pun deoparte manipularea bisericii. Nu ma intereseaza politica si maleficul ei si istoria barbariei.

Ma intereseaza doar buchea scripturilor.

Povestea plina.

Ritualul este manifestare simbolica si te trezesti ca te implica profund prin gesturi simple.

Iei salcia ca sa pornesti noua crestere, doar salcia e prima care inverzeste, tii post ca sa ai corpul curat, sanatos, ca fara asta nu poti oricum gandi limpede, stai cuminte, adunat in gandurile tale, singur in Vinerea Mare, cand corpul lui Iisus e dus la mormant ca sa izbaveasca pacatele noastre...ca sa intelegi ce inseamna pacatele tale, greseala si sa-ti aduni gandurile sanatoase, planul, ce-ai tu de facut ca sa-ti pastrezi curata inima, salasi in urma imposibilul, apasarile si sa mergi mai departe neimpovarat...

Sa ai respect, daruire, cuvant, masura, adevar...curatenie.

Toate sunt intru spirit, pentru tine. Ca sa inveti sa te vezi, sa te intelegi si sa te iubesti.

Pastile asta ne invata: sa ne facem curatenie, apoi sa luam Lumina ca sa putem vedea si creste.

In formula asta pamanteana, intrupata asa cu e ea, fara aer si lumina nimic n-ar creste.

Graul creste cu cativa centimetri pe zi. Zilnic. Daca nu creste o zi-doua, inseamna ca va muri.

Nu-si va cunoaste implinirea, recolta, menirea lui de hrana a celorlalti.

Cum graul e hrana pentru trup, iubirea e hrana pentru spirit.

Si iubirea are ritual :)

Gandul defineste, gestul lamureste.

My answer:

The problem isn't the consultant, it's the fact that if you have to search for a brand essence, you're unlikely to find one.

Standing for something means giving up a lot of other things, and opening yourself to criticism. Most people in the financial services industry (or any industry, actually) aren't willing to do that, which is why there are so few Charles Schwabs in the world.

First, decide it's okay to fail and to make a ruckus while failing. THEN go searching for the way to capture that energy and share it with the world.

Clothes don't make the man, the man makes the man. Clothes (and the brand) just amplify that.'

Maiestria nu este un atribut, ci o deprindere.
Cand aceasta deprindere a devenit parte din tine, vine timpul sa explorezi Misterul.
Sa practici misterul.

Conditia esentiala ca sa accesezi si sa practici misterul este sa iti permiti starea de incredere. Starea de atentie linistita in care oricum stii ca nu poti stii totul, dar poti fi curios in legatura cu totul, starea in care stii ca lucrurile se vor intampla in cel mai bun mod posibil, pentru ca ai deja maiestrie, apoi excelenta si ai inteles practicand.

Misterul este o forma de cunoastere fara intelegere, peste intelegere, aproape instinctiva, inspirata, primitoare, doar cu acumulare, intamplare neintamplatoare si plutire. Este excelenta fara efort, in stare de flux.
E o forma de cunoastere spontana, este Exprimarea de sine, mai importanta decat cunoasterea.

Maiestria uneori poate atinge Misterul.
Daca (-ti) permiti.

Intreaba un performer inspirat;)

We've been doing "online" for a long while now and we've seen many changes, but one thing has remained consistent: regardless of where you go or how you pitch, you must know your market and understand how to effectively reach them and abide by the rules of the online road. Here are a few to consider:

1) The importance of research: when it comes to marketing online, there's a term I am often reminded of: "spray and pray." What this means essentially is that you spray a whole bunch of stuff out there and hope that it works. Guess what? It doesn't. The Internet is big, there's no argument there. But just throwing stuff out online and hoping it'll work will only waste your time and probably upset a few bloggers you actually don't want to tick off. Do your research. Find the sites appropriate to your market and then get to know what they review, what they don't review and how to pitch them. Most sites have targeted guidelines for submitting pitches and review copies. Abide by them.

2) It's all about relationships: remember that much like offline promotion the Internet is all about relationships. Make them, hone them, and keep them for the life of your career. So how do you go about making and creating relationships? By networking. Online networking or cyber-schmoozing is a way of getting to know who's out there and who you could help with your message. Getting to know topic-related blogs, e-zines and websites and engaging with them is important. Follow your market on Twitter, follow other authors in your genre, follow the trendsetters. Make sure that you're reading their blogs, commenting on their blog entries and offering helpful advice. Which leads me to point #3:

3) Networking online: Want to know the difference between networking online vs. in person? Online you can be in your bathrobe and slippers and no one will know the difference. Lead with helpful information, don't lead with your book. No one (but your mom) cares that you wrote a book. Your audience, whether it's your reader or a blog dedicated to your market, wants to know what the book can do for them. Be helpful. You'd never go to a live networking event, walk up to a group of people and say: "Hi, please read my fabulous book." You shouldn't do it online, either.

4) Understanding page rank: Page rank is important, more so than most people realize. Whether you're marketing yourself online or you've hired a company to do this for you, make sure that you are targeting sites with decent page rank. So, what's page rank? Well, it's a number between 1-10 that Google assigns a site to indicate its "importance" online. By importance I mean sites that have a lot of (quality) sites linking to them and sites that are getting a significant amount of traffic. If you or the company you hired is pitching you to smallish page rank sites (i.e. 0, 1, 2) you should consider it a wasted effort. Generally speaking we won't go after sites that are below a 3 page rank unless it's a niche topic/smaller market. Our company website sits between a 5 and a 6. The lower the site's page rank, the less exposure you're going to get. It's that simple.

5) How to manage the prize vault: to some book bloggers books are boring. Well, not boring exactly, but if you're giving away a prize you might want to consider pairing your book with someone else. Consider the partnerships you have and see what you can pair with your book. We recently paired a title we worked on with a Brita water pitcher because the author had a relationship with the company. When I called Brita to arrange this they jumped all over it and sent us more pitchers than we knew what to do with. Prize packs are a great idea if you can pull together some fun giveaways. But don't bribe bloggers to review your book. Offer them the prize packs for their readers. Bribing and reviews aren't kosher, especially online (yes, we've seen it done, it's not pretty).

6) Touring on blogs: there are a lot of blog "tours" that will take you on a tour online for two weeks, then you're done. Guess what? Another waste of time. Online marketing isn't done lickety split, it's done over a long (or at least longer than two weeks) period of time. A short two-week tour is fine and fun, but trust me, you'll need more to create a buzz online - which leads me to #7

7) Slow growth over time: despite all the hype, the Internet doesn't respond well to quickie, instant success, in fact most online folks really dislike this type of marketing. The key to a really successful campaign that has legs (meaning buzz) is a slow growth. Now, I don't mean years of growing an online campaign, but definitely longer than 48 hours as some online companies may want you to believe. The objective is to create a presence online and to dig into your market. Relationships, whether offline or on, take time. Grow them, nurture them, and they will repay you back over months and years to come. So how do you grow slowly? Well dig into Facebook, start a Fan Page and add friends, network, engage. Start a Twitter page and really work the Twitter-sphere. Engage, entertain, enlighten and always, always, always be helpful.

8) The big Internet secret: Understanding backlinks: I will write a separate blog on this topic, but for now understand that the importance of backlinks is significant. So what's a backlink? Well, it's a link going from a site appropriate to your topic back to your site. And how many of these do you want? As many as you can get. The biggest and best push with online marketing is the link building, but again, this needs to be grown slowly over time. Adding thousands of links in a week or a month will only get you in trouble with the governing body of the Internet: Google. I mean let's face it, 78% of us use Google as our default search engine and if Google pulls your site for overly aggressive link building, your online marketing campaign will come to a screeching halt.

9) Your website: I'm really surprised at how many Internet marketers overlook this important point, but many do. Your website, the place your online world calls "home", is very important. If you're working so hard online via networking and link building and then sending your readers to a site that's sending them into "surf shock" (i.e. the kind of shock you go into when you land on a ghastly site), then what's the point of marketing yourself online? Sending readers/buyers/fans to a website that is repelling them instead of attracting them is like advertising and bringing visitors to your beautiful store then locking the doors and not letting them in. I will address the importance of a good website in a separate blog post in the coming weeks, but for now know this: if your site isn't converting the traffic you're sending it then what's the point in sending people there? By converting, I mean getting readers/fans to do something, whether it's sign up for your ezine, your blog RSS Feed or follow you on Twitter. Studies have shown that less than 7% of web visitors are prompted to buy the first time they land on a site so don't expect immediate sales to correlate with your traffic. Getting them to come back is the key to making the sale. And how do you get them to come back? By getting them to sign up for something (permission-based marketing) and then keeping them in your loop or inner circle.

Wondering why I said eight tips in the article title and offered nine? Well, that's another piece of advice: always, always, always over-deliver online. There are too many people short selling their consumer with faulty or misrepresented ads, low quality product or promises they don't deliver on. While it may sometimes seem tempting, don't subscribe to shortcuts. Not only will they not get you anywhere, but they can damage your reputation. Often permanently.

Forget the Recession, This Is No Time to Ignore Changes to the Agency Business Model

Risk-aversion is a natural human trait, and it's one that gets amplified in times of trouble. Given we're all suffering through an exceptionally difficult economy, this is one of those times many of us feel like pulling in our horns and toughing the tough patch out.
That's the worst possible course of action we could take.
As every informed agency executive knows, we're at the nexus of the Great Recession and the Great Transformation of Marketing. In circumstances like these, a strategy of "just try harder" won't take you very far.
Economists are always talking about types of risks you can afford and the kinds you can't afford to take. For those of us in the agency business, the latter bucket of risks is mostly about failing to adapt to the dramatic changes affecting the agency business model.
Here are 15 things agencies can't afford to risk.

1. A skill set built mostly around interruption instead of engagement. Agencies are used to delivering exposure for their client's brand messages, measured by things such as reach, frequency and cost per impression. With the consumer firmly in control of his or her media-viewing choices and habits, no amount of exposure matters if nobody's paying attention. What agencies sell -- or should sell, anyway -- is engagement. The metrics of engagement are completely different from the traditional media measurements of the past, including attentiveness, receptivity and buzz potential. Exposure is about efficiency. Engagement is about effectiveness.

2. A digital department in place of a digital competency. The digital department of the 2000s is like the TV department of the 1950s. The digital revolution has been around long enough that it's time for specialized departments to go away. Virtually every position that exists in digital departments has a natural home in the already existing functions of the agency. All it takes is a mandate from management that digital will be a competency of the agency, not a department.

3. Core competencies focused on "one to many" instead of "one to one." Lots of agency professionals have an irrational fear of data and databases, even though the future of marketing clearly revolves around understanding how to leverage that information. Thanks mostly to the internet, mass audiences can now be identified and targeted in ways that make much better use of marketers' money. Agencies need to move from mass messaging to mass customization. Agencies know broadcasting, but must now learn narrowcasting.

4. Creating brand-to-consumer communications at the expense of consumer-to-consumer communications. The agencies that grew up in an era of controlled communications now have to learn how to serve their clients in a world of open conversations. This requires a very different skill-set and service offering. It also means moving beyond consumers as audience to consumers as media...

Acum cateva zile eram inca furioasa.

Pentru ca realizasem de ceva vreme ca politicienii nostri nu ne reprezinta interesele si traiesc anyway in pool-ul lor electoral, adica total separati de noi, cu griji pentru propriile lor interese punct.

Adica ma uitam inca la ei, in gradina lor, in afara mea si-a noastra, cei care azi ar trebui sa votam.

Gresit! Avem si noi puterea noastra, in caz ca intervenim;)

Stim cum sunt ei. Din nemultumire, din neputinta noi ne-am impartit in doua: unii pe protest drastic, ceilalti pe izolare si neparticipare. Am asteptat suparati turul doi, in care am votat cu scarba pe cel mai bun dintre rai sau am stat acasa.

Gresit!

Hai sa nu ne mai uitam la ei, hai sa ne concentram pe noi si pe ce vrem noi de fapt, chiar si in conditiile date, pentru ca din greseala in greseala n-o sa schimbam nimic.

E drept, variantele pe care le avem la dispozitie nu de multumesc pe deplin.

Dar ce ne multumeste pe deplin vreodata?

Vrem sa-i mai lasam pe cei doi inca cinci ani? Stim ce sunt. Ei nu se schimba. De ce sa mai asteptam inca 5 ani?

Poate trebuie sa fim hotarati si sa iesim de azi la vot ca sa-i schimbam si sa-i tot schimbam, pana apare cel care ne reprezinta.

Si ne vor reprezenta pana la urma daca suntem prezenti, ca sa aiba pe cine reprezenta. Daca alegem. Nu daca stam deoparte nemultumiti bombanitori sau carcotasi.

Vrem ca discursul electoral sa se adreseze si de-aici incolo doar celor care an de an ies la vot? Ca pe urma sa protestam ca nu ne reprezinta? Nu face sens.

Poate ne pozitionam singuri in neintelesi si nereprezentati pentru ca NU IESIM LA VOT. E cam ...Doh...

Asa ca m-am hotarat: Votez. Nu mai astept nimic tocmai pentru ca sunt suparata. Votez si-atat, de azi, cu hotarare.

În ce măsură credeţi că va fi afectată piaţa de interactiv din România de actuala situaţie economică?
Carmen Sterian: (...) noi suntem în apostolat pentru înţelegerea mai holistică a branding-ului online. Şi suntem încă la început, aş completa. Trebuie să înţelegem şi să construim împreună, adaptandu-ne. Şi agenţiile şi clienţii sunt datori să participe constructiv la acest demers, pentru că trendurile în comunicare sunt dictate de către consumator şi targetarea este esenţială, iar mediile interactive devin din ce în ce mai importante.
Comunicarea va trebui să se ajusteze, să se reorienteze puţin dinspre cantitativ, spre calitativ.

Comunicarea integrată, coerentă, foarte atent planificată şi adresată pe toate cananlele necesare va rezista pentru că e singura care da consistenţă şi rezultate vizibile, pe termen lung. Şi doar păstrând calitatea , optimizezi costurile, cu atât mai mult într-o situaţie delicată din din punct de vedre financiar.

În eventualitatea unei crize economice mai accentuate, credeţi că bugetele dedicate online-ului vor suferi modificări în 2009?
Carmen Sterian: Probabil. Asta va depinde în mare măsură de înţelepciunea cu care fiecare client va aborda eficientizarea comunicării şi optimizarea costurilor. Este simplu: focusul în strategie trebuie să rămână pe targetare. Dacă targetul tău este online, eşti obligat să comunici cu el şi online. Să-l implici.
TV ul îţi asigură reach, iar canalele de comunicare directă cu consumatorul - BTL, online, DM, etc. -nuanţează, optimizează comunicarea deci şi costurile.

În cosecinta firească, recalcularea bugetelor ar trebui să ţină cont de această regulă simplă. Dacă bugetele de online vor fi tăiate primele, din necunoaşterea suficientă locală a valenţelor şi potenţialului acestui mediu dinamic şi interactiv, este posibil să trecem dintr-o criză de buget într-o criză de eficienţă şi nu cred că vrea nimeni asta.

În ce domeniu credeţi că se va investi cel mai mult în online anul viitor?
Carmen Sterian: Auto, Bancar, Imobiliar, Electronice-electrocasnice, Telefonie... În general onlineul va comunica oferte noi sau speciale de produse şi servicii. Sperăm că va conta din ce în ce mai consistent şi comunicarea de brand în online, care trebuie coordonată cu comunicarea offline pentru efect optim.
Consumatorul are tendinţa să se împrietenească online din ce în ce mai serios.

Ce masuri impotriva crizei credeti ca ar trebui aplicate pentru mentinerea nivelului actual al pietei de online?
Carmen Sterian: Nu m-aş asocia reactiv şi apocaliptic :) în această exprimare.

În ultima vreme, în calupurile publicitare încep să-şi facă loc, printre detergenţi, iaurturi şi şampoane, produsele online, iar obiectivul este creşterea interacţiunii cu brandul. “Ca advertiseri, eram învăţaţi să ne cumpărăm audienţa: trimiteam mesajul către marele public folosind mass-media, TV-ul fiind dominant. Acum, TV-ul începe să piardă teren pentru că targetul «se dă» şi pe net. Aici nu mai putem arunca mesajul în masă. S-a încercat o vreme prin bannere, şi încă se mai încearcă pe la noi, dar rezultatele sunt nesatisfăcătoare.

Şi, potrivit acesteia, cea mai sigură modalitate de a obţine audienţă maximă pe internet este să determini consumatorul să-ţi promoveze ad-urile, materialele. Altfel spus, să-l convingi şi să-ţi creezi propria audienţă în loc s-o cumperi. TV-ul îţi oferă brand awareness în special, iar online-ul îţi duce mesajul mai departe, îi adaugă valoare, oferă brand experience, interacţiune, libertate de exprimare, buzz...

Located in the Throat, this Chakra is ruled by Venus, spins much faster than the lower 4 chakras, and is represented as blue in colour.

This energy centre is all about communication, which is essential for genuine interaction with others.

Communication is not only about talking, it is a two way street that incorporates listening as well.

This is shown by the areas covered by the Throat Chakra – the throat, mouth, ears, arms and hands.

We can often see people moving their hands and arms when they’re talking – how would they manage without them!

Another example is sign language – hard of hearing people, who may not have the ability to speak with their mouths, use their hands and arms instead.

This is where we can express the creativity that started in the Sacral Chakra and relate it to others; this is where we can communicate our will and love to others but also to hear others’ words and emotions, which is equally important.

As a race, us human beings too often have a fear of communicating our true inner thoughts and feelings, or have difficulty in expressing ourselves which is often seen as excessive shyness. These, plus talking too much and not listening are disorders of the Throat Chakra.

Physically, thyroid, throat and mouth disorders can also be experienced, as can constant colds and flu. Communication is an art (creativity), and when the art is learnt can be a joyous experience, which is why singing and chanting are two very good ways of stimulating the Throat Chakra into positive activity.

4. The Heart Chakra

The Heart Chakra is the balancing point of the Chakra system.

The three Chakras relating to the physical world are below it, and above are three Chakras relating to the internal representation of the physical world.

It is governed by the sun, and is known by the colour green.

Again, this chakra spins faster than those below it, but not as fast as those above.

Here, we experience love – pure, unconditional love that is all encompassing and so totally different from the passion-directed love of the Sacral Chakra.

This is balance, softness, compassion, an expansion of the heart and is felt as a state of being, independent of any other person.

It just is.

As the name suggests, physically this Chakra relates to the heart, and also the lungs and thymus. Therefore, related illnesses could be respiratory problems such as asthma, heart problems and high blood pressure.

A malfunction can also slow down the metabolic rate.

On an emotional level, however, we can feel split between mind and body or become withdrawn into ourselves. There can also be a tendency to give all our time and energy to others, thereby losing sight of our own needs and balance.

The main message of the Heart Chakra is that of balance and interconnection between self-love and love for others.

3rd. Chakra Solar Plexus signs of imbalance

The Solar Plexus Chakra 3rd.

The Solar Plexus Chakra, situated just below the sternum, is where we find the energy to turn the desire from the Sacral Chakra into action. It is our Will.
So, the desire could be seen as the fuel for the will, and the Fire in the Solar Plexus is the spark of life that ignites our Mental Will to Action.
This Chakra is known by the colour yellow, and is governed by Mercury. It spins faster than the lower chakras, but not as fast as those above it.
It represents our “get up and go”, our action, will, vitality and sense of personal power. Also, we now temper our desires (Sacral) and instincts (Base) with knowledge, making decisions that are put into action and combine the polarities of the mind and body.
This combination makes a greater whole and helps the personal power.
How often have you heard people say “My get up and go has got up and gone.”?
This is symptomatic of a malfunction of the Solar Plexus, as is being withdrawn, fear of taking risks, over seriousness and lack of energy.
At the other end of the scale is ‘bully’ behaviour, the need to be in control or to dominate, and self-centredness.
On the physical side, ulcers, diabetes and hypoglycaemia are indicative of dysfunction of the Solar Plexus Chakra.
Humour is a wonderful therapy for this Chakra, as is jogging and yelling!

2nd. Chakra Sacral- signs of imbalance

The Sacral Chakra - sex, reproduction, creaticity

Situated just below the navel, the Sacral (Navel, also known as sex and Creativity) Chakra corresponds with bodily functions having to do with liquid: circulation, urinary elimination, sexuality and reproduction.
If we have our base survival needs met in the Base Chakra, we are more able to look at other aspects of life, and this creates desire, which gets us to move, to reach out, to grow and to change.
The colour of the Sacral Chakra is orange. It is ruled by the Moon, and is the centre of sexuality, emotions, nurturance, pleasure and creativity. It is slow in movement, but not as slow as the Base Charkra.
Malfunctions of the Sacral Chakra can be indicated by being overly ruled by our emotions with frequent and dramatic emotional episodes or on the other hand being flat, lifeless, dull and dry - two extremes which could be seen as polarities.
As with all polarities, when they balance each other, the relationship is healthy, and the person prospers but, when there are extremes of one or the other, problems can occur.
Imbalances of this Chakra can show in the physical body with uterine or bladder trouble or in some cases, impotence or frigidity.
Taking the centre line through the extremes of any situation is the best option and by using our natural creativity we can help ourselves maintain emotional balance.

1. The Base Chakra (Root, 1st)
As the name suggests, the Base (Root, also knows as First or Primary) Chakra is situated around the base of the spine in the genital area and its’ energy extends downward, like roots, through the legs and feet to contact the solid earth below.It is the slowest moving Chakra, relating to our survival needs, and is therefore the foundation of the Chakra system in the body.

The colour associated is red, and thus represents the Martian energy needed to keep us alive.If these survival needs are met, the Base Chakra will function healthily, but if there is a perceived threat to this, (such as a difficult house move, job change, health problems, etc.) it can create an imbalance.
These imbalances can show themselves in various ways, from sleeplessness and the inability to relax, to obsession with money, possessions or health.
Eating is a basic Base Chakra activity, and so eating disorders often indicate imbalance, as do obesity, haemorrhoids and constipation.
To maintain balance, we need to be both stable and flexible, and very much in contact with our true survival needs, without becoming too obsessed by them.

am inceput sa gandesc:
ce ne duce de fapt la dezamagire?
cautam in afara noastra in loc sa cautam in noi? vrem neaparat sa credem intr-un vis care traieste in noi si ne amagim ca daca intr-adevar credem in el, ni se va implini? plutim in iluziile pe care sufletul nostru le creeaza din iubire sau doar ca sa-si pastreze viata? ne asteptam sa primim neaparat?
sau doar asa ne e dat?

sa vedem ce-avem in oglinda?
amagire si dezamagire
cuvinte- concept in echilibru perfect.
ne amagim de-aia ne dezamagim.
si ne dezamagim ca sa ne amagim din nou.
si sa facem iar echilibru.
echilibru inseamna starea statica a unui corp generata de forte externe dinamice, egale si opuse ca intensitate.
te omoara daca se instaleaza confortabil, te plictiseste daca dureaza, iti taie avantul.
nu e zbor.
seamana cu desavarsirea, care e prea aproape nefiinta.
nu vrei sa fii de fapt in perfect echilibru, este inuman.
asa ca nu ramai acolo prea mult.
de fapt, mai important e sa faci echilibristica :) hahahah: sa te duci si sa revii, sa te-arunci si sa plangi si sa canti dupa, sa te-ntorci si sa te-apropii si sa stai, sa dansezi, sa te certi, sa rezolvi, sa nu lasi apoi sa dai, sa astepti, sa te aduni si sa revii...
asta inseamna sa afli si sa te afli si sa cresti intotdeauna alaturi de ceilalti, adica intotdeauna singur.
ca doar alaturi nu inseamna in tine;)
inlauntru esti pana la urma poti fii un echilibrat pentru ca de tine doar depinde sa intelegi si sa te aduni in timp util din amagirile si dezamagirile tale.

ne putem intr-adevar amagi cu propria noastra minte.
mai trist e cand ne trezim amagiti apoi dezamagiti pentru ca am acordat un credit care ni s-a cerut.

ce este un feedback

'Hai sa va zic niste lucruri care mi s-au intamplat si din care ar fi ceva de invatat.
Am intalnit un client care mi-a dat feedback in 2 minute jumate pe o campanie de printuri.
Dupa ce, la prima prezentare a ales fulgerator campania din cele 4 prezentate.
Mai exact, toata prezentarea a durat vreo 7-8 minute, cu tot cu rationale si argumentatii pro/contra
In rafale.
Sa nu va imaginati ca omul era vreun necunoscator. Ntz-Ntz. Doar ca stia foarte bine ce vrea.
Si stia ce vrea pentru ca stia care sunt oamenii din targetul asta.
Asa ca stia ce vor si ce nu vor sa vada oamenii astia carora le vindea.
A rezultat un feedback clar-concis si extrem de logic; am inteles foarte bine ce si de ce trebuie sa modific;
Am avut parte si de feedback venit de la echipe de marketing de genul “imi place”, “nu-mi place”; in loc de orice argumentatie - “am mai vrea doua propuneri”.

Rezultatul - ne-am simtit ca Ray Charles facand escalada.

S-a mai intamplat si ca un client sa vrea de fiecare data lucrurile atat de putin altfel dar de atat de multe ori incat am ajuns la ceva cu 180 de grade diferit fata de ipoteza initiala - brieful;
practic un alt brief, un alt rezultat.
Din aventurile noastre in insoritul Swaziland v-as spune ca la ultima teleconferinta-prezentare la intrebarea “How much time do you have for our presentation?”, oamenii aia de la PSI Swaziland, desi stiam ca sunt cam grabiti, ne-au raspuns dupa o scurta pauza - “We have all the time in the world”.
Si neaparat mai trebuie sa adaug ca feedback-urile lor incep si se termina mai mereu cu multumiri, aprecieri si ovatii pentru “our tremendous efforts” and “extremely creative work”.

Urmeaza, bineinteles, tone de modificari. Dar asta vine al dracului de firesc in contextul unei enorme diferente culturale.
Si cand stii ca chiar ai muncit tare mult si cu suflet si vezi ca oamenii carora le prezinti observa si inteleg si iti multumesc cu atata patima, iti vine sa pui la fel de mult suflet si data viitoare.
Iar chestia asta nu e politete; e respect.

In loc de concluzii, va zic frumos, cu bullet-uri ca:
- feedback se compune simplu din “feed” si “back” deci ar trebui sa contina ceva proteic, consistent, hranitor; ideal - o explicatie cat mai simpla, mai coerenta si logica;
- feedback-ul ar trebui privit mai degraba ca un nou brief, nu ca pe un mail cu Re: la subject.
la fel ca la un briefing, inainte de a le spune ce si cum sa (re)faca, trebuie sa-ti fie tie clar ce e bine si ce nu.
Si mai ales sa stii de ce si sa explici mai departe. Pentru ca oamenii de creatie sunt vazuti ca niste artisti, se imbraca mai uschit de-i remarci din prima la intalniri, dar sunt, cel putin aia buni, extrem de logici.
- succesiunea briefing-prezentare-feedback-prezentare e de fapt un dialog; cu cat il purtam mai logic cu atat avem sanse sa avem o conversatie mai constructiva; deci sa ne intelegem mai bine unul pe altul.'
